As a virtual staffing agency, we seek to staff both full-time and part-time Customer Service Professionals to assist the premier brands listed in our client brand portfolio. Our virtual staffing agency specializes in a unique client matching technique to provide the best self-employment experience for our virtual call center agents. We match our independent contractors with clients that pay an average of $12.00 -$16.00 per hour for services. The agent will pay for training and the necessary equipment to perform services. The client will provide access to systems and online training via a live instructor in 15 days or less. The agent will begin working from home immediately and continue to build and manage their schedules weekly.
Previous call center experience is preferred, but it is not required to be successful. The agent will provide all virtual call center services from their dedicated home office space. We contract in all 48 contiguous states except; California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, and Wisconsin.
